Get the Group Training you need: Yoga or Tabata (HIIT)! Through ZOOM class you will be able to join a real live classes as if you are here with me. Don't be shy, your camera will stay closed if you want to, but I will explain to you in detail everything you need to know not to harm yourself. Choose your course and start training!
